I found the food to be quite good. the restaurant staff were also very helpful. i particularly appreciated the walking distance to the metro. It made getting around simple and straightforward.
the bathroom door did not close properly. this impacted privacy somewhat.

The staff showed great cooperation. Javed and Richelle at reception were particularly helpful. Their service was very comparative and understandable.
The pool hours were too short, closing at 6 PM. This limited the time for use during the hotter parts of the day. I also noted a lack of basic amenities. There were no toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers in the room.

The room provided a quiet environment and felt very clean upon arrival. The reception team offered excellent service and showed great kindness, particularly Rachelle, Dora, Merryann, and Jireh. Ashok assisted us with luggage and gave good recommendations for nearby places, so his help was valuable.
The room looked aged, with the approach more focused on repairs instead of replacements. I found some suspect electricals and a non functional alarm clock.

i found cockroach in my room and i was not happy. responses from the engineering department were very slow when i asked for assistance with the television. housekeeping never answered, so the service was very poor.
